Happy Father's Day - My Actifit Report Card: June 20 2021

It was a good day to relax a bit and enjoy the family. I still had thoughts in my head of pushing myself for more progress although metrics have been good lately. I got on the treadmill today before breakfast and went for a jog and a long cooldown walk to get a good amount to start the day.

I spent the rest of the day trying to relax and enjoy the family although I did get around to catching up on some things to do for my portfolios and finances. Always seems something is avoiding my ability to relax but getting there.
