Good Morning

I had a rough day yesterday, but I made up for it today and the day is still on. The good part, again, as I had said before, is that all of us are safe and sound in our respective homes. So, God bless you all, and I am grateful for these blessings.

Now, talking about my exercises, ever since I’ve bought my new dumbells I have slowed down. Well, the muscles are still getting used to the new weights, and I am already showing a gain in strength. I realized yesterday that this happened to be one of the heaviest dumbells that I had used in the gym, and now I am using it for all my exercises. I am going get stronger for sure. 😊

Now, let’s get to the regime for today.

Today I was focused on my chest and back. Although I just did the same body parts on Sunday, I repeated it since I could get through the customary five sets of pentapulets. I got the pentapulets done today, and I am mighty pleased with the effort.

What were my pentapulets? Here they are:

  1. 1-set of pushups
  2. 1-set of weights for chest
  3. 1-set of weights for back
  4. 1-set of weights for triceps
  5. 1-set of resistance band for back and shoulders

I did a total of five pentapulets and even added a set of biceps and reverse pushups at the very end. It was one more satisfying exercising regime. So, that’s all about my morning, and the day turns out to be exciting still.

So, that’s it for now. I will see you tomorrow.

Namaste!

Also, I wish you all a great day!

Did You Know?

Bijender Singh of India holds the record for most pushups in an hour. He completed 3,877 pushups in an hour, thereby entering the Guinness World Record.

The astonishing thing is that the record was created in 1988 and stands to this day!

So, anyone plans to challenge the record? 😊

Yes, @inam-999, we all run that risk of not following through. But I am on with it, and by God's grace would hopefully continue further. :)
