If Tuesday is yoga day, Thursday is my zumba class. I wonder what other fitness activities we can organize at our community. Do you have any suggestions? 😊
Another activity today, I went on a quick walk around the community then headed to the gym at around 7pm. If you rwad jy actifit post yesterday, my weight training was targeting my lower body focusing on glutes. Tonight's weight training is chest and triceps. I did a total of an hour workout, I tried 30 pounds dumbell on each arm but only did a few sets, I think I I did at least four, I tried doing another set but I could barely lift it any more so I decreased the weight. Am going to keep trying on this 30 pounds next time I do my chest workout until I can do few more sets.
I just finished my sauna and just relaxing by the pool while listening to a relaxing music and WI do meditation after this. I hope you are doing well and staying active and healthy!
