My Actifit Report Card: June 7 2020

It's been about six days since I posted, my eyes strain even when am not in my electronics, and it's going on for about two months now. I hope I can visit an eye doctor soon.

Anyways, It's day 8th of General Community Quarantine but nothing much had changed with my fitness routine except that I can kow go for a swim!

Yesterday I was able to go swimming for 30 mins. The swimming pool is now open residents only and very limited can go in, must have to make a reservation before we can use the pool.

I did a full body weight training for 30 minutes then went swimming after. There were only 4 pool using the pool last night including myself. Oh how missed swimming!

I hope you're doing well! I may not ge able yo respond to your comments but I read them whenever I can.
