I just finished a 7.791km running that lasted about 0hh:38mm:7ss !
It's race week and I am slowly easing into things. I am not expecting too much this weekend as it is a build up to September that will count more. I am sure with all the Olympics going on as soon as the gun goes off I'll be racing but for now I need to get through the next few days, trying my best not to over do things.
