Vasant Raiji is no more!!!

The oldest first-class cricketer of India died at 100 today.

Raiji made debuted for a Cricket Club of India team in 1939, that played Central Provinces and Berar in Nagpur.

In 1941, he debuted for Mumbai, when the team played Western India under the leadership of Vijay Merchant.

Former India batting great Sachin Tendulkar and the Board of Control for Cricket in India paid tribute to Raiji on Twitter.
