Did manage to.get 10k, but barley. It was all from taking my car into for a tire rotation and oil change. Gave me an hour to walk outside, most activity I had all.day. today was a lazy day to start, but this helped quite a bit.
Hoping tomorrow is when I get back on the work out and intermittent fasting routine I was so good with pre vacation... enough is enough.
