Pepe wins December player of month

Congratulatory messages are in for Nicolas Pepe for topping December goal of the month vote. Gooners have picked Pepe's wonderful strike against West Ham United as their December goal.

The goal boosted Pepe's confidence and he went on to score another against Manchester United last week.

Arsenal women sensational player,
Kim Little's goal against Reading was voted second. Little claimed 25 per cent of the vote.

The third on the list was our captain Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang. Auba's acrobatic finish at the London Stadium came third.

It has been a hell of a start to the young Ivorian who has find it very hard to shine in Arsenal squad.

Like every player, Pepe is finding it hard to find his Lille form. He is Arsenal's record signing but he has not lived up to that price tag.

He has been criticised on many occasion but Emery, Freddie and Arteta have all trusted him and want him to perform at the level they expected.

December was a good month for the the 24-year-old forward who performed like never before.

Pepe has been unstoppable since December. He has upped his game and he was the best player for Arsenal against West Ham United

We can only hope this continues. Hopefully, his confidence is high now and he will perform at the level we all expect him to.
