I've never sweated in the process of preparing a meal as I did this evening trying to knead an oat meal dough for dinner. It took several minutes and I had to make several calls too. I couldn't really imagine how I forget how that process goes, but thanks to a Chef friend that helped out via the phone and I got it right finally.
It became important to check my starch intake especially as I observe I am adding over the last few weeks. Oat has less starch than our conventional cassava pudding. It's important to put an eye on your diet while keeping fit to avoid building up more calories when you're trying hard to burn them.
