Going Vegan (My Actifit Report Card: October 28 2019)
Today I got back on track after a disastrous weekend in terms of steps!
I decided to switch up my routine and went to the gym in the morning. Like I've said before the season is starting and it's time to ramp up my workouts! Luckily I have a friend/client who is a physical therapist so he has all the expertise I need.
In other news I've decided to challenge myself and go VEGAN for the week. I've done it for a month last year and it was easier than I thought. I did have to read every label in the beginning, cause you'd be surprised how many items have animal products in them.
The reason to do this is to challenge myself but I've seen yet another Netflix program highlighting the benefits. If all goes well I might extend it or just build into my 'normal' life.
