Bball (My Actifit Report Card: November 6 2019)
I'm still on a Vegan diet and up till now I have nothing to complain about.
Aside from eating different it has forced me to do more planning than I'm used to doing in terms of groceries. I felt that I was previously kind of on autopilot when it came to food; I bought the same things, made the same meals, no real variation. Now I have to get "creative" and try some new combination.
I must admit to that tofu is a friend! 😂😂😂
Also I had basketball! The intensity has picked up and there was even some animosity at training. But it all ended well and it's nice to see that we're all pushing to get to a certain level!
