My Actifit Report Card: February 1 2020

Buenas, tras unos dias de inactividad vuelvo a la carga con los reportes. Muchas veces me falla la app y no me registra los pasos, y otras por pereza me olvido.

La realidad es que la temporada va avanzando y la mejoría en la rodilla es baja o nula, parece que se me ha estancado. Cada vez que juego un partido al 100% tengo que estar parado 1 semana, y asi no funcionan las cosas. Poco a poco mi estado fisico general ha ido a peor y el estar saltando y realizando acciones explosivas es claramente lo que mas me perjudica la rodilla. Mi esperanza es poder termina la temporada y ponerme otra vez con e trabajo fisico para ver si llego al verano con la rodilla mejor preparada.


Well, after a few days of inactivity, I'll be back with the reports. Many times the app fails me and doesn't register my steps, and other times out of laziness I forget.

The reality is that the season is advancing and the improvement in the knee is low or none, it seems that I have stagnated. Every time I play a game at 100% I have to stand for a week, and that's not how things work. Little by little my general physical condition has gotten worse and jumping and performing explosive actions is clearly what hurts my knee the most. My hope is to be able to finish the season and get back to physical work to see if I can make it through the summer with a better prepared knee.
