Asian Third Championship Title goes to Iran: Iran's men's volleyball team won a gold medal at the Asian Championships in Tehran, Iran.

Even when Iran was losing the game in the preliminary phase against the same opponent, Iran showed superiority in the final and defeated Australia 3-0 (25-14, 25-17, 25-21).

After the 2011 and 2013, it’s the third Asian Championship title for the Iran.

Bronze goes to Japan while Chinese Taipei finished in 5th place.

Iran, Australia, Korea, Chinese Taipei, China, Pakistan, India and Qatar qualified for the Olympic qualifying tournament in January 2020.
