A Very Bad Day

Looks like I'm on a downtrend lately. Instead of getting better counts I'm getting worse.

Yesterday was busy with all kinds of things and could only do the minimum walking what was necessary and later my core muscles training which was also necessary but does not increase my step number.

I'm not proud of it as I've broken the chain. I've promised myself I'd do at least the minimum of 5k steps each which has worked fine till yesterday. I have no other choice than to take it as a rest day.

The weather is getting colder and colder. There was 1°C yesterday morning and this morning as well. I didn't think it's going to cool down so fast. It's only the end of September. I had to say goodbye to my sandals 😄

I'm not desperate though as outdoor activities are becoming more enjoyable. I prefer cool temperatures over heat when it comes to walking or jogging. It's not fun to run when it's too hot, it doesn't help. Cool temperatures make it possible to get better results. You just have to learn to dress properly and make sure you run door to door and take a hot shower after. It works like a charm. So laziness is over! 😁

By the way, my core muscle training is working, I feel the benefits already. I'm not regretting buying the Swiss ball. It's a cheap equipment that helps a lot.

It's great that you've indulge yourself into activities like that even you have the minimal time or kinda busy within the day.
