Finally I'm back to my routine. Yesterday I was able to do more walking on stairs, which is more energy consuming. Plus I did my cycling, only 15 minutes though as I was tired already.

My speed was better though I believe. Yes, I went back to check my previous logs and it's the best so far. Now I have to decide which one is better for me, a short one at a higher speed of a longer and slower one. Good thing my knees and fine but I'm still tired. Need some rest.

Today it's Saturday, there's still two days left of the week to log two cycling trainings. I hope I can do 2x30 minutes. That would be around 30km.

I hope the weather is going to be fine this weekend as I need to visit my favourite park to take some photos and also burn some calories. This is the best period of the year if you want to see and capture some nice autumn colours. Also the last chance to catch some sunshine. When the weather turns gray there's nothing to motivate people, it's going to be hard anyway.

I think mixing short faster and longer slower sessions on the cycle will benefit your fitness better then only focusing on one type. That is, if your body is handling the work load of the two types of workouts well.

That is good advice. I'm going to try mixing speed with different tension control levels. Let's see how it works.
