11k✔️ For Yesterday
Finally a good count! Yesterday was a good day as far as my stepcount is concerned. Those rest days were good, sometimes our body needs rest.
30 minutes cycling, 15km, tension control set to 1. This is easier for me now and can do longer sessions without killing my knees.
This is the monthly total. Almost 110km pedaled. The truth is I've never seen a total before as actifit can't do such reports yet but I hope to see some development in the future. It's motivating though to see almost 4 hours spent pedaling this month and this is only the cycling part as walking is not included.
Yesterday was looking for another app that can help me log my daily cycling trainings but couldn't find any yet. Tested a few but most of them are giving you training plans, some require sensor attachment etc. Looks like I need to keep looking and I'm stuck with this till I find a decent one that can satisfy my needs.
I'm planning to log a training every day this week, without exception. Let's see if I can do that.
