My Actifit Report Card: July 18 2019 - Another Hot Day!
13K on a fairly Active day! 👍
I'm getting ready for another weekend of Water volleyball so I decided to be pretty active today. I took a long walk and did some running for short periods of time during that walk. There's probably a full moon out there but it's been kind of rainy and cloudy on and off tonight. It was also hot and humid. During the day there was some sun though!

When I got home, I lifted my dumbbells for a while. It's important to do resistance training once or twice a week to keep our muscles strong!
I saw that Bitcoin is back over $10,000 today. Steem is up a few cents. Maybe that big dip we recently had will shake out some weak hands and we will move up nicely from here.
I also played #steemmonsters like usual today. Nothing special to report. My new goal is to make at least 1,000 Dark Energy Crystals everyday and I think I'm at about that amount now. #spt
I'm also playing the #EOS game Prospectors which is pretty easy. You have to mine certain resources in the 3D world and also transport things and build things and you get tokens for all of this which can be converted into EOS. It's easy to make maybe a dollar a day, if you know what you're doing. 😎👍
I had been spending a few days working in the Effect Force app on the EOS platform which I really enjoyed. But now there are not many tasks available, which is sad. I hope that they find a way to bring more tasks to us soon.
