매일 하는 새벽운동을 어제도 이월의 마지막 날 했습니다

새벽녘 구름이 부채같아보이네요
신기한 모습이라 좋았습니다

새벽 운동 후에 온라인 교회 모임도 하고 나름 좋았습니다

새벽에 만보달성 하고 하루를 시작하다보니 이정도는 거뜬한데 낮에 많이 피곤해서 새벽운동을 줄여야 하나 싶네요
