I'm pleased they work for you... I struggle to be able to listen to anything while running (podcast or music)
In other parts of life I always have music playing, from getting up in the morning, catching the bus to work, and relaxing in the evening... there is always something playing EXCEPT when I run, as I prefer to run in silence
It'll get easier with time, keep it up! :-)
