I slept way to long // Ich hab viel zu lange geschlafen -19.08.22
Mein Tag heute war davon geprägt, dass ich lange ausgeschlafen habe, wodurch mein Frühstück eigentlich mein Mittagessen war - man könnte argumentieren, dass mein Toast noch warm war, als ich es gegessen habe. Es könnte damit also als "warme Mahlzeit" durchgehen.
Nach meinem verspäteten Frühstück bin ich ins Fitnessstudio - länger als eine knappe Stunde habe ich jedoch nicht durchgehalten. Den restlichen Tag war ich bewegungstechnisch recht inaktiv.
My day today was marked by sleeping in late, which meant that my breakfast was actually my lunch - you could argue that my toast was still warm when I ate it. So it could pass for a "hot meal" with that.
After my belated breakfast, I went to the gym - but I didn't last more thannarly an hour. The rest of the day I was quite inactive in terms of movement.

Frühstück - Breakfast
Mein Frühstück heute (wird man öfter sehen) Joghurt 1,5% mit Knuspermüsli und Whey. Dazu gab es noch 4 Scheiben Toast mit Tavuk Salami. Ja - ohne Butter oder ähnliches. :P
Damit hatte mein Frühstück 57g Fett, 106g Kohlenhydrate und 84g Proteine.
Nach dem Frühstück bleiben mir nach einem Grundumsatz von 1916 Kcal, noch 602 Kalorien übrig.
My breakfast today (you will see more often) yogurt 1.5% with crunchy muesli and Whey. In addition, there were 4 slices of toast with Tavuk salami. Yes - without butter or the like. :P
Thus, my breakfast had 57g fat, 106g carbohydrates and 84g protein.
After breakfast, after a basal metabolic rate of 1916 Kcal, I still have 602 calories left.
