Morgen muss ich leider extrem früh raus - und bin dazu noch recht spät nach hause gekommen. Ergo fällt mein Post heute erneut etwas kürzer aus als sonst. Wir haben gerade mal 20 Uhr und ich muss schlafen - so viel zum Thema "mehr" Zeit - aber so ist das Leben. Insgesamt konnte ich heute mehr als 20K Schritte verbuchen. Meiner Ernährung hat mir heute tatsächlich ermöglicht 2g pro KG Körpergewicht zu essen. Bin damit aber auch auf knapp 3400 Kalorien, was mir persönlich nicht so gut gefällt. Dass ich dabei über meinen Fettwert gekommen bin stört mich nicht weiter. Aber alles in allem hätte ich gerne 40-50% an Protein, was ich leider nicht erreichen konnte.
Mein Tag heute bestand eigentlich nur aus Arbeiten - aktuell haben wir auf der Arbeit eine Umbaumaßnahme bei der ich aktiv mithelfe - dies erfordert recht viel Zeit und wie man sehen kann auch Bewegung. Dafür habe ich Donnerstag wohl frei, der Mittwoch Bericht wird also wieder wesentlich ausführlicher!

Tomorrow I unfortunately have to get up extremely early - and I came home quite late. Ergo, my post today is again somewhat shorter than usual. We have just 20 clock and I have to sleep - so much for the topic of "more" time - but that's life. Overall, I was able to log more than 20K steps today. My diet actually allowed me to eat 2g per KG body weight today. Am but also on just under 3400 calories, which I personally do not like so much. That I came thereby over my fat value does not disturb me further. But all in all I would like to have 40-50% protein, which I unfortunately could not achieve.
My day today actually consisted only of work - currently we have a remodeling project at work in which I actively help - this requires quite a lot of time and as you can see also movement. For this I have Thursday off, so the Wednesday report will be much more detailed again!
