30 July 2025: Just a little walk

Heute war ich nicht im Fitnessstudio, sondern bin nach der Arbeit einfach eine Runde spazieren gegangen. Ich habe die Zeit genutzt, um meinen Onkel anzurufen – bei dem hatte ich mich auch schon viel zu lange nicht mehr gemeldet.

War ganz schön, mal wieder Kontakt zu haben und ein bisschen zu quatschen. Die Runde war mittelgroß, knapp eine Stunde unterwegs. Nicht unbedingt das, was ich mir als Trainingsziel setze, aber besser als nichts.

Das Wetter ist aktuell echt seltsam: Mal regnet es in Strömen, dann wird’s plötzlich wieder warm. 21 Grad fühlen sich momentan nicht wie Sommer an. :(

I didn’t go to the gym today – just went for a walk after work instead. I used the time to call my uncle, since it had been way too long since we last talked.

It was nice to reconnect and have a chat. The walk itself was medium length, about an hour. Not exactly what I’d consider a proper workout, but better than nothing.

The weather here is really weird right now: one moment it’s pouring rain, the next it’s warm again. 21°C doesn’t feel like summer at all, but the second the sun comes out, it suddenly feels much hotter.

Auch mal schön einfach eine Runde zu gehen. Und dabei ne Stunde zu quatschen ist auch definitiv eine sehr gute Sache!
Freut mich, da scheint sich die Tour gelohnt zu haben.

Wettertechnisch finde ich aktuell auch sehr schwierig....
Alles irgendwie murks.
Hoffe Samstag wird besser!
