So, ich war heute im Fitnessstudio. Ich habe heute Kardio gemacht. Das heißt, ich habe angefangen, eine halbe Stunde zu rudern. Hat echt gut getan. Ich weiß nicht, ist mittlerweile eine meiner liebsten Ausdauerübungen. Ich mache die auch echt gerne, einfach nur zum Warmmachen. Danach habe ich eine Übung für den Gluteus Maximus gemacht. Einfach, weil ich mir gedacht habe: why not.
Und danach war ich noch eine Dreiviertelstunde auf dem Stepper.

So, I went to the gym today. Focused on cardio. Started off with half an hour of rowing. Honestly felt really good. I don’t know why, but rowing has become one of my favorite cardio warm-ups lately. Just feels right.
Then I added a quick Gluteus Maximus exercise – just because, why not.
After that, I spent another 45 minutes on the stepper.
Wie sieht es mit den Kalorien aus?
Essenstechnisch lief’s ganz okay heute. Morgens ein Apfel zusammen mit einem High-Protein-Kaffee (ja, das gibt’s wirklich – muss man aber leider kalt trinken). Nachmittags gab es Penne mit Spinat und Sahnesoße. Abends habe ich mir noch eine Packung Ramen-Nudeln gemacht. Schmeckt einfach immer.
What about the calories?
Food-wise it was alright today. Started the morning with an apple and a high-protein coffee (yes, that’s a thing – unfortunately, you have to drink it cold). In the afternoon I had penne with spinach and a creamy sauce. And in the evening, a pack of ramen noodles. Tastes way better than you'd expect.
