18 September 2025: Nur Arbeit 💁🏻♂️

Meine ganzen Schritte stammen heute vom Weg zur Arbeit, zurück nach Hause und den Schritten, die ich während der Arbeit gemacht habe. Kein Homeoffice heute – und das war auch mal wieder richtig gut. Ich habe es seit Langem mal wieder geschafft, über 12.000 Schritte zu kommen!
Besonders schön war, dass ich das gute Wetter mitnehmen konnte. Ich hoffe echt, dass wir einen coolen Spätsommer bekommen. Ganz ehrlich – die letzten Tage waren absolut für’n Arsch. Ich musste sogar die Heizung anschmeißen, weil’s so kalt war. Hashtag Warmduscher 😅
Morgen ist Fitnessstudio geplant, am Samstag auch – da treffe ich mich mit einem Kollegen, der etwas weiter weg wohnt. Dank meiner Multimitgliedschaft kann ich aber fast überall in Deutschland trainieren – also passt das!
Und was mich besonders freut: Mein Gewicht pendelt sich wieder ein. Von den vier Kilo Urlaubsspeck sind zwei schon wieder runter. Ich denke, bis Mitte oder Ende Oktober habe ich den Rest auch wieder weg. Nur Weihnachten darf nicht eskalieren 😅

All of today’s steps came from my commute to and from work, and what I walked during the workday. No home office today – and honestly, it felt good for a change. I finally cracked the 12,000 steps mark again!
What made it even better: the weather! I really hope we get a proper late summer now, because let’s be honest – the last few days were awful. It was so cold I even turned on the heating. Yup… Hashtag WarmShowerGang 😅
Gym’s on the agenda for tomorrow and Saturday. I’m meeting up with a buddy who lives a bit further away, but thanks to my multi-location gym membership, I can train almost anywhere in Germany. Perfect setup!
And something else I’m happy about: my weight is stabilizing again. I gained four kilos during the holidays, and I’ve already lost two of them. If all goes well, the rest will be gone by mid or late October. Just need to survive Christmas without going overboard 😅

Yeah absolutely - but I am way more productive and faster from home. And saving nearly 2 hours per day for traveling. I am lucky to have my own room I only use for work, so I am able to close the door, and leave it behind. kinda.
Being far away from your workplace !INDEED makes it more beneficial for you to work from home, but for others who don't have much at home and are near their workplace, they actually highly prefer to go to the office to work there (and simply rest and recreate at home). 🤔🧘♂️🤓 !WEIRD !HOPE
