So, ich war heute nach der Arbeit im Fitnessstudio. Ich hab dort erst mal gerudert, allerdings nicht so lange wie sonst. Danach habe ich Brust trainiert – wirklich nur Brust, keine andere Muskelgruppe. Anschließend war ich für eine halbe Stunde auf dem Crosstrainer-Stepper... oder wie auch immer man das Ding nennt. Das ist so ein Gerät, bei dem man keine feste Schwungbahn hat, sondern die Bewegung selbst bestimmt.

Ich checke allerdings nicht, wie man in einer halben Stunde angeblich nur 1 km weit kommen soll. Also entweder misst das Gerät völlig falsch oder ich hab „Skifahren“ gemacht, ohne es zu merken. Jedenfalls zeigt der Kalorienverbrauch deutlich mehr Leistung als dieser eine Kilometer vermuten lässt.

Am Abend habe ich noch mit einem Kollegen eine Runde Halo gespielt. Alte Spiele haben einfach Charme.

Was mein Gewicht betrifft: Laut Waage habe ich fast 3% Körperfett in einer Woche zugenommen – macht natürlich null Sinn. Den Wert kann man also ignorieren. Aber das Gewicht geht weiter runter, was mich sehr freut. Mein Ziel, bis Mitte/Ende Oktober wieder bei 85 kg zu sein, rückt in greifbare Nähe.

So, I went to the gym after work today. Started with some rowing – not as long as usual – and then trained chest. Really focused on chest only, didn’t touch any other muscle groups. After that, I spent half an hour on one of those cross-trainer stepper things. I’m not exactly sure how to describe it – it’s not a fixed path machine, more like a free-motion stepper?

I honestly don’t get how it says I only managed 1 km in 30 minutes. Either the tracking is off, or I accidentally did some sort of ski movement without realizing it. The calorie burn definitely doesn’t match that low distance.

Later in the evening I played some Halo with a friend. Old games still hit different.

As for my weight – the scale says I gained nearly 3% body fat in one week, which makes zero sense. So yeah, that value is just noise. But overall, my weight is still going down, and I’m getting closer to my goal of hitting 85 kg by mid or late October.

Oh really?! I've got the impression that Hive is a bit going backwards... The token doesn't seem t recover any more and doesn't get back over 0,20 USD even though the overal crypto climate is positive (and BTC and ETH in particular are doing very well) !WEIRD !wine !STRIDE

That's a (very) optimistic view of the price of Hive !INDEED, as I said on my previous comment. 😎😅 People who want to stack on Hive will have practically a "50% discount" for buying HIVE at the price compared to the original price of about $0.20 before it sharply went down. 🤓😏 !WEIRD !HOPE !PIZZA

I continued to buy some, but sold inmediately again as my DCA bot quickly reached a Take Profit position when it raised back to 0,14.
Actually that was a good thing, cause at the moment of writing we´re still under 0,15!! !HOPE !STRIDE !wine

No, the trading fees are really low. It's actually the yearly fee which is too high in my opinion. !INDEED !wine !HUG

Maybe there are more people who wanted to sell their HIVE tokens when its price drops a certain percentage (and the other way around, few people wanted to buy more HIVE when its price drops) compared to BTC or ETH, but that's just a guess !INDEED. 🤔🤯😅 !WEIRD !HOPE !HUG

They are, but still there are big differences. Look for example what SOL lost and what XRP and ADA have been losing, just to take 2-3 examples of more or less the same "size". !wine !HOPE !HUG

What I've noticed is, that these prices are decreasing more than the BTC when there's a general decrease but they don't recover like the BTC revovers... !WEIRD !STRIDE !wine
