🇩🇪 Deutsch

Ich war heute nach der Arbeit im Fitnessstudio und habe Cardio gemacht.
Ich war 45 Minuten auf dem Stepper und danach nochmal 40 Minuten auf dem Laufband.
Cardio fällt mir tatsächlich mittlerweile leichter – immer noch nicht leicht, bin ich ehrlich,
aber auf jeden Fall besser als sonst.

Morgen bin ich mit einem Kollegen im Fitnessstudio verabredet, also gibt es dann wieder
„normales“ Training – also in meinem Universe 😄

Essenstechnisch habe ich heute meinen kleinen Trick 17 gefunden:
Bei Rewe gibt’s für knapp 3 € so 250–300 g Hähnchenstreifen – super mager und echt lecker.
Die einfach kurz in der Pfanne anbraten, dazu eine Portion Jumjum-Nudeln (Shrimp-Geschmack)
und beides zusammen rein – das schmeckt wahnsinnig gut!
Schnell gemacht, günstig, sättigend und einfach mega. Ich mag einfach Hähnchen.

Ansonsten viel zu tun, das Geschäftsjahr neigt sich dem Ende zu und es gibt noch einiges zu erledigen.
Aber ich hab’s wenigstens geschafft, auf meinem Foto-Account aktiv zu sein in den letzten Tagen – das freut mich echt.

Ich hoffe, dass ich es trotz der ganzen Projekte schaffe, abends noch regelmäßig zu posten.
Eigentlich wollte ich heute schon wieder skippen, aber hab mir gedacht: Nee, zieh’s mal durch.
Man merkt aktuell, dass der niedrige Hive-Preis vielen die Motivation nimmt –
aber davon lassen wir uns nicht unterkriegen.

After work, I went to the gym today and focused on cardio.
I spent 45 minutes on the stepper and then another 40 minutes on the treadmill.
Cardio is actually getting easier for me – still not easy, if I’m honest,
but definitely better than before.

Tomorrow I’m meeting up with a buddy at the gym, so that’ll be a
“normal” training day again – at least in my universe 😄

Food-wise, I found a little life hack today:
At Rewe you can get 250–300 g of chicken strips for about 3 €.
They’re super lean and really tasty.
Just fry them up for a few minutes, add a pack of Jumjum noodles (shrimp flavor)
and mix everything together – it tastes amazing!
Quick, cheap, delicious, and high in protein. I just really like chicken.

Work-wise it’s getting busy again since the fiscal year is ending,
so there’s a lot to wrap up.
But at least I’ve managed to stay active on my photo account lately – really happy about that.

I hope I can keep posting consistently even with all the projects going on.
Honestly, I almost skipped posting today, but then thought: nah, stick with it.
You can feel that the low Hive price is killing some people’s motivation,
but we’re not letting that get us down. 💪

Ich komme langsam aber sicher auch wieder in Schwung.

Find icha nuch sehr geil. Dass du heute direkt wieder ins Studio gehts!

Essenstechnisch klingt das wirklich top!
Denke, das werde ich auch mal versuchen. Wirklich eine sehr gute Idee!

Tatsächlich habe ich mich für deine Chalenge vorbereitet, hab aber nur ein unbefriedigendens Resultat erziehlt. Daher denke ich nehme ich erst nächste Woche wieder teil 😅
