5 January 2026: Apple Watch kaputt 🥲

Ich berichte dann einmal für gestern. Ich habe tatsächlich gestern doch nicht mehr so viel gemacht. Ich war mit meiner Freundin morgens in Münster in einem eigentlich ganz coolen Café frühstücken. Da hatte ich das erste Mal veganes Rührei – hat tatsächlich echt gut geschmeckt – und einen Bagel dazu. Danach bin ich eigentlich nur noch aus Münster zurückgefahren, war zu Hause und habe eine ziemlich ruhige Kugel geschoben. Dementsprechend gehe ich schrittetechnisch davon aus, dass meine Freundin gewonnen hat, da ich nur knapp über 4.000 Schritte gekommen bin.
Kalorientechnisch gab es gestern nur das Frühstück und einen Döner, also insgesamt nicht so viel.
Aber ich muss leider direkt etwas spoilern: Ich war heute im Aqualand in Köln mit zwei Kollegen und habe es irgendwie geschafft, meine Apple Watch kaputt zu machen. Der Bildschirm hat sich im Wasser einfach vom Gehäuse gelöst und hing nur noch am Verbindungskabel. (Die war nur 4 Jahre alt...) Jetzt habe ich mir eine neue bestellt, die aber erst Freitag ankommt. Dementsprechend kann ich meine Schritte aktuell nicht wirklich zählen. Meine Freundin weiß Bescheid und wird trotzdem weiter reporten, während ich schauen muss, wie ich die Tage ohne Tracking überbrücke.

Reporting in for yesterday. I didn't actually do that much in the end. In the morning, I went to a pretty cool café in Münster with my girlfriend for breakfast. I tried vegan scrambled eggs for the first time – it actually tasted really good – along with a bagel. After that, I just drove back from Münster and had a very relaxed evening at home. Step-wise, I assume my girlfriend won the daily challenge, as I only barely managed to get over 4,000 steps.
Calorie-wise, I only had breakfast and a kebab yesterday, so not that much in total. However, I have a bit of a spoiler: I went to Aqualand in Cologne today with two colleagues and somehow managed to break my Apple Watch. The screen suddenly detached from the body in the water and was only held on by the ribbon cable. I've already ordered a new one, but it won't arrive until Friday. This means I won't be able to track my steps properly for a few days. My girlfriend knows and will keep reporting her stats, while I'll have to figure out how to manage without tracking for now.

Ja Rührei. War echt gut. Münster ist sehr bekannt dafür das dort vegetarische oder vegane Gerichte serviert werden.
Bin da vor ungefähr 10 Jahren mal gewesen. Ist mir damals nicht aufgefallen, aber würde auch nicht aktiv danach suchen !LOL !wine
