It's good to mix it up with intervals and sprints… something I must remember when I'm back into it. I'm currently reading a book by a guy who ran 50 marathons in 50 consecutive days in 50 US states!

It's amazing what people can achieve. I need a break after a couple of days with short runs. I am trying to mix up my runs a bit, but there's no special plan behind it. Just taking bits that I have read as advice varies a lot.
