My Actifit Report Card: July 27 2023

Got my steps walking through the Aviary park and got to see a bunch of cool looking birds including the one in the photo. These birds are unwell and being taken care of by the park for the time being.

It’s hot right now, hitting over 100 degrees Fahrenheit every day but the walks are totally worth it. You get a good sweat in which makes it feel even more productive!

Nothing like a good sweat to feel accomplished!

Good reminder to finally get this initiative going. I already walk everywhere as a NYer so stacking those numbers shouldn't be too hard. But will I get points for dancing all night at the club? I guess we'll have to find out...
