My Actifit Report Card: July 31 2023

It’s been hot lately and when I say hot I mean HOT!

Over 100 degrees Fahrenheit on a daily basis!

Yet that hasn’t stopped me from going out and getting my vitamin D while working up a sweat. Sylvan Beach is a close option for me to do this with a gorgeous view of the ocean as well so I’ve been making some trips out after discovering it a few weeks ago.

Morning is always the best time to beat the oppressive noontime sun, but it’s also nice because it’s less crowded and more peaceful.

I hope to continue on this streak and enjoying the summer while it’s here!

It's good the hot weather doesn't stop you from your walks. Was hoping to see more of Sylvan beach but you only shared one shot😅
