My Actifit Report Card: March 28 2024
Despite there being an air quality alert, it was actually a beautiful day with blue skies and plenty of sun. Didn’t get to the stationary bike today because I’d rather walk and thankfully the weather played nice.
So far the month of March has been fantastic for me, thankfully! I’m down 6 lbs despite some heavy cheat days here and there. Still have plenty to go but it’s a solid start. Looking forward to finishing the month strong and starting April off with the bang!
