My Actifit Report Card: November 14 2025

Did a casual run/walk today and just tried to get the miles in. My pace wasn’t great, but I was listening to some things I had to pay close attention to so it was mainly just multitasking. I did another walk in the afternoon and that is how I hit my steps for the day. It has been two weeks since I ran the 10k and I miss doing more than 3 miles on my usual runs so it was good to get some extra today. I’m going to try to do more of these before getting back into serious training to bring down my 5K time.
