My Actifit Report Card: December 4 2025
So I came across this workout called the 12-3-30 which is meant to be done on a treadmill. You walk at a 12% incline at a speed of 3 mph for 30 minutes. It’s meant to burn more fat and be less harmful on your joints than running. I gotta say, it was challenging doing it for the first time! I do have some experience with incline walking before but have actually gotten some injuries which is why I prefer running outdoors or on a track. I do think I’ll work it into more of it workouts though.
