Fucken leg day. My arse feels like it's been bitch slapped all the way to kingdom come. Don't let me sit down or I'll never get up.

I followed someone routine and I'm going to commit to it from now on. Which means I'll not only do a proper workout for my chest but also for my legs from now on.

Oh did I mention my Turkish get up shenanigans yesterday, six sets of five on each side. I was struggling however it was achievable.
