I think I could comfortably do about 21 or maybe 22 in that time frame but this would have to be flat terrain and it doesn't look like you are dealing with that sort of situation. It looks peaceful though.
You have been doing this a long time?
It's a beautiful place to go running and when the weather is bad I don't see many other people but there is always the odd runner or two on the trails.
I've been running for a few years now, since the Covid shut downs but before that, I've always done some form of sport, mostly hockey.
