My Actifit Report Card: August 3 2022

I got caught this morning by the trap that is the commonwealth games. I just flicked on the tv to watch some news and ended up spending far too much time watching hockey, athletics and the mountain bike race.

I had managed less than 1000 steps before midday so I forced myself to go out for a walk before I had lunch.

I only did a short walk, around the park and then back through Keynsham itself. Less than 4km in total but at least it got my step count up to a reasonable figure.

As ever, all pictures taken by me and edited in the snapseed app.

The Commonwealth games are getting a lot of coverage in Australia we seem to do really well early on when all the swimming events are on.
