My Actifit Report Card: February 6 2023

It might have been 40 minutes before sunrise when I took this picture but it is fantastic being able to walk to work with it getting brighter every minute. It wasn't only me enjoying the early light, many birds were singing in the trees and hedges. It was however a little disappointing that I had to scrape ice off of the bus again as it was also a little below zero.

Today was a rest day from my training program so I decided to go for a longer walk. I think I managed to overdo even the walk though as I was quite tired by the time I got back after about 12km. It was a bit of a rush to have some lunch and get back to the bus to do my second shift.
