Al-Ahly club has set eleven o'clock in the morning of next March 6 as the date to travel to Saudi Arabia to play the Zamalek match scheduled for the 8th of the same month in the Egypt Cup final, and Al-Ahly's technical staff has decided to train twice in Saudi Arabia in preparation for the cup final, which is being held for the first time outside Egypt.

Al-Ahly will play against Tanzania's Young Africans at six o'clock tomorrow evening, Friday, Cairo time, at Cairo Stadium at the end of the group stage of the African Champions League, which is the match that Al-Ahly is playing in search of the top spot in the group after the champions of Egypt and Tanzania secured qualification for the quarter-finals of the continental championship.

Coach Marcel Kohler wants to prepare well for his match with Young Africans, as it is the group’s top match, and winning it enables Al-Ahly to take the lead in the group, as a win or draw makes the red team impose its grip on the lead, while a loss makes the Tanzanian team take the lead.

The Al-Ahly team is located in the fourth group of the African Champions League, accompanied by the Algerian club Belouizdad, the Tanzanian club Young Africans, and the Ghanaian club Medeama.

Al-Ahly received approval from the security authorities for 30,000 fans to attend the team’s match against Young Africans, at the end of the group stage of the African Champions League.
