My Actifit Report Card: 2024/02/14 Leg Day
Started getting busy so I haven’t been able to go to the gym last week. But yesterday, I didn’t have anything planned after work so leg day it is.
Here’s what I did:
Squats:
4 21.25kgx2
4 22.5kgx2
4 23.75kgx2
Deadlift:
8 20kgx2 RDL warmup
8x2 31.25kgx2
6 32.5kgx2
Hip Abduction:
10x2 80kg
7 82kg
During my cool down stretches I’d usually just use the gym’s foam roller but I saw a new electric roller so I tried it out. It was nice, the roller would vibrate while I rolled it in my back and legs. Anyway here’s my activity tracker summary.
