My Actifit Report Card: 2024/05/02 Shoulders & Biceps
Felt strong but kinda lazy but still I talked myself to go to the gym. Just the usual shoulders and biceps routine yesterday.
Shoulder press:

Lat raise:

Dumbbell Curls:
8x2 8kgx2
6 9kgx2
Hammer curls:
8x2 8kgx2
7 9kgx2
I added cardio, inclined walk in the treadmill.
Also, my biceps don’t look like it grew but I did gain a couple kilos recently so I guess I just didn’t notice any difference.
