Quiero compatir con ustedes mi primera actividad deportiva del año la cual realize en la capital del estado Guarico, San Juan de los morros especificamente en el cerro santa rosa, que es ideal para practicar el senderismo.

Hiking is a recreational sport, but nevertheless it does not stop providing multiple benefits for those who practice it, such as improving blood pressure, circulation, toning the muscles of the lower body, strengthening lung capacity and best of all, it allows you to connect with the environment. atmosphere to breathe a pure and natural air that gives you a feeling of happiness when you reach the top of the path and by the way a beautiful panoramic view from the heights.

el senderismo es un deporte recreativo, mas sin embargo no deja de aportar multiples beneficios para quienes lo practican, como mejora la presion sanguinia la circulación, tonifica los musculos del tren inferior fortalece la capacidad pulmonar y lo mejor de todo te permite conectarte con el medio ambiente respirar un aire puro y natural que te da una sencacion de felicidad al llegar a la cima del sendero ah y por cierto una hermosa vista panorámica desde las alturas.
