Saludos para toda la familia fulldeportes. Y a los amigos de #hive un caluroso abrazo. Hoy les comparto mi entrenamiento para fortalecer glúteos, bíceps y piernas. Estoy conociendo las maquinas ya que en las veces que tuve la oportunidad de acudir a un gimnasio tuve más inclinación por los aeróbicos que hacía las máquinas. En este sentido me estoy familiarizando con esta forma de ejercitarse.

En esta rutina realicé:
5 minutos de bicicleta estacionaria para calentar
5 minutos de otro de bicicleta estacionaria baja.
3 series de 15 repeticiones por equipo, siguiendo las instrucciones del mismo equipo ya que por ser un Complejo Deportivo Público no tenemos un entrenador a disposición..
In this routine I performed:
5 minutes of stationary bike to warm up.
5 minutes of other low stationary bike.
