Recordemos que al realizar los ejercicios de pilates debemos mantener la concentración y control de los movimientos a través de la respiración consiente; tomando el aire por la nariz y expirando por la boca. Se recomienda realizar de 15 a 20 repeticiones por cada ejercicio.
