My Actifit Report Card: September 19 2023
In my opinion, there is no reason not to do move, especially for the body. Every day we eat, calories come in and even a lot of sugar we eat every day, it should be able to get rid of it by moving and exercising.
Once my friend asked me what the secret of my successful diet was, I always said that I move and do something every time and every time. In fact, I never fill my 1 liter tumbler, I'd rather take it straight from the kettle and that's better, because I can walk to my dining table and get a glass of drinking water.
Imagine, if you take a 100ml glass of water, it will take you 20 walks to get to your dining table. It is a simple and profitable sport.
