I just made a content for my reels in instagram. I used my ‘daster’ as a costume. But, making a content for ‘feed my followers’ its not easy. You must have many idea on your brain. Creative its a must!

Likewise with me today, I took several videos and made a lot of people laugh, it's like being an inspiration so that many people like the world of sports, especially weight lifting.

I want people to understand that our bodies need muscles to evolve. At least away from serious illnesses, maybe you will get injured if you don't form or something else.
