Training so hard, consistent and principled that you can do it and will reach your goal. I think I did that until finally I could reach this point. I started to change from my posture to losing weight and also increasing my muscle mass to be very high.
You know, that many things are not easy, but actually can be achieved by being really focused and not losing control. Occasionally you can go out of line, but don't forget to come back in, remembering that not everything can be taken easily, so, consider it and make it happen.
