As a diabetic, I understand why being healthy is the main goal in exercising. But for me, finding new goals is more important. When we feel healthy, we will forget the goals and may not return to exercising. But if you want to get new goals like body goals, it will never end. So you will continue to try to achieve it and continue exercising.
