My Actifit Report Card: January 30 2023 (Un día muy gratificante)

Today I did a split cardio workout on the elliptical. First 20 minutes in the morning and then 20 minutes in the evening.

I liked it better in the evening because the weather was much cooler and nicer. Now it's time for dinner and then rest.
