October 8 2021 - Thank god its Friday
After a late night the night before, I had really slow start. I had to get into the office though so got out walking. I struggled most of the day to keep the tiredness away.
In the evening I had my youth group to run. I ended up playing basketball ball with them. They love it when I join in.

This is serene. I miss the African bush where I grew up. You are very lucky to have such spectacular natural vistas on your doorstep
I am lucky to have a lovely nature reserve a few minutes walk away. It was alsova good time of day for a photo. I love that place, very refreshing.
