I woke up and went for a run before work. I took it easy. Not wanting to push myself too much for speed but did complete just over 7 km as shown on the Samsung fit app screen below.

I then had a long day of work but stayed at home.

In the evening I had to pack my bags. Going on another trip tomorrow.
